Fancy Piaget ‘Bullshead’ textured case featuring a beautiful black dial with gold roman/ baton print. The reference is a bit of a mystery because it has ‘S.P. 843’ & ‘9P’ engraved… I know 9p refers to the manual wind movement inside but I’ve seen/ heard of a few earlier Piagets with letters stating an example or test model only… but eventually sold by boutiques.
